Consultancy and Supervision Services of BAB TARABULUS I
SCOPE OF THE WORKS
The scope of works includes zones 2, 4 and 6, allocating:
3 underground car parks with over 2.500 park places,
Completiion of 14 buildings, whose structure has already been completed, and adapting them as office buildings
Construction of 11 new office buildings.
These buildings will allocate offices of large national companies, such as banks, aerospace companies and various ministries and public companies.
TASKS PERFORMED
Organization and Mobilization
Issue procedures/site to be used by the contractor and consultant during the construction stage.
The Construction Management Team of the Consultant shall study and analyze, both technically and economically, the proposals made by the contractors, which have been used to formalize their contract.
Arrange meeting with the contractor to discuss and agree matters such Health and Safety, Security of Site, Visitors to site, Line of Communications, site organization, Logistic Layout, Temporary Works, Transport, Office Arrangement, QC Procedures, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plan, Shop Drawings Material submittal
Contractor’s Planning and Program
The Construction Program will be prepared by the Contractor. The Consultant will review the Program
Review of the Contractor’s detailed plan including equipment mobilization, material procurement and delivery of shop drawings, arrangements with statutory authorities for obtaining their approval and the supply of necessary services, Contractor’s overall Method Statements and Temporary Works proposals as well as his personnel deployment schedule and duties allocation, etc.
Site Demarcation and Survey Works, Quality and HSE Plans
Routine Actions during the period of Construction
The Consultant supervision team will make themselves thoroughly familiar with all Contract Documents.
Review/comment on all contractor’s Submittals; proposals, shop drawings, material submittals, samples method statements, inspection and test plans, check lists, etc
Monitor Contractor’s activities and ascertain that all relevant documents and shop drawings are approved prior to the commencement of any activity, and Works do not proceed beyond Hold point until it has been signed off by the Consultant.Inspect the mock-ups, the materials (on site and off site) and the Works as per the inspection requests raised by the Contractor.

The object is to effect the performance oriented recover the development of the operational capacity of the Municipal Stadium “Teobaldo Pinillos Olaechea” (Pisco) to help meet the demand of sporting activities to carry out their sporting competitions organized to carry out intervention local, regional and national sports competitions.

The Project addresses the remodelling and extension of the Teobaldo Pinillos Olaechea Municipal Stadium, consisting basically of:
Construction of Sports field under the current ground level, so that the stadium’s capacity is increased and players’ access is improved to changing rooms.
Construction of a ring of tiered skating around the main pitch, where staircases, corridors and passageways will be located, thereby defining all accesses to the stadium from street level.
Definition of areas reserved for washrooms and other facilities such as cafeterias, shops, etc…
Construction of four junior pitches on the west side of the pitch, with direct access to changing rooms and small perimeter seating where possible.
