The specific objectives of the consultancy are:
On a technical level:
The use open standards to facilitate the implementation of new systems with many suppliers.
The establishment of operational procedures to ensure liaison between the different stakeholders in the future National Electronic Tolling System.
To define a plan for the implementation of the new systems, bearing in mind those already existing.
On a regulatory level:
Definition of the regulatory framework that supports the activities and obligations for the implementation of the National Model of Interoperable Electronic Tolling.
On an organizational level:
Definition of the stakeholders involved; their roles, functions, obligations and rights in the National Model of Interoperable Electronic Tolling.
