The LES FOIES Nursery and Primary School will be built on part of plot EQ3 of the Les Foies Sector. It is a newly built center with a basic program: 3I + 6P, three kindergarten classrooms, six primary classrooms, sports area-gymnasium and dining room, with the possibility of expansion. The total built area is 2,896.81m2<\/sup>, which is developed on a plot of 7,242.79m2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The building is designed as a two-body scheme aligned with the road. The body closest to the public road with a height of 1 floor and where the access and the kindergarten program is located and a second one with 2 floors that contains the kindergarten program, interspersed between the two bodies are some courtyards that have east-west orientation allowing the use of the usual thermal winds. The design of the building and its orientation is intended to be as energy efficient as possible.
