CPS provided consulting services and technical assistance for the Bab Tarabulus project in Tripoli, Libya.         • Organization and Mobilization.<\/li>\n
        • Quality procedures to be used by the contractor and consultant during the construction phase.<\/li>\n
        • The Consultant’s Construction Management team will study and analyze both technically and economically the proposals submitted by the contractors and used to formalize their contract.<\/li>\n
        • Organization of meetings with the contractor to agree on health and safety issues, site protection, visitors, line of communications, design logistics, temporary works, transportation of materials, office layout, quality control procedures, inspections and testing plan, etc.<\/li>\n
        • Contractor’s Program and Planning.<\/li>\n
        • Review of the Contractor’s detailed plan including mobilization of equipment, purchase of materials and delivery of drawings, arrangements with legal authorities to obtain their approval and provision of necessary services, Contractor’s general method statements as well as his staffing schedule and assignment of duties.<\/li>\n
        • Quality and Health and Safety Plans.<\/li>\n
        • Routine work during the construction period.<\/li>\n
        • The consulting team must be fully familiar with the contract documents.<\/li>\n
        • Review and comments on proposed drawings, material submittals, sampling method statements, inspection and test plans, checklists, etc.<\/li>\n
