CPS carried out the Peruvian Logistics Development Plan with the objective of proposing an intervention strategy aimed at promoting the development of cargo transportation at the subnational level, with adequate standards, with a logistics and competitiveness approach, which responds to the needs of the productive sector, taking advantage of the potential and opportunities.

The study complements the analysis of the 22 logistics corridors identified in the MTC’s Plan for the Development of Logistics Services in Peru (2011). Specifically, it has focused on the scope of the feeder networks of the corridors identified by the MTC, which go from the production centers (load generators) to the collection centers (load concentrators) present in these corridors, without losing sight of the fact that the unit of analysis is the Logistics Corridor. In this sense, the study has always sought consistency and coherence with the predecessor plan – Development Plan for Transportation Logistics Services of the MTC, with the 2011- 2016 Investment Plan of the MTC as well as with other Plans or Programs of the Ministry, identifying and justifying the adjustments that have been deemed necessary.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
