CPS, through the Framework Agreement with the University of Valencia, has carried out different projects in the different campuses of the University. The construction project for the replacement of the heat circuit inertia tanks in the services building of the Tarongers Campus was drafted. The facility currently has two buffer tanks that serve the heating system of the campus buildings. Over the years, several pathologies have occurred, including the implosion of one of the tanks due to a failure. This will require the replacement of both tanks with new ones, located in the same space.<\/p>\n

The installations adjacent to the tanks make it difficult both to dismantle the existing tanks and to install new ones. Therefore, in a first phase, the equipment and elements located around the tanks will be disassembled in order to clear a suitable working area; then the pipes connecting the tanks will be disassembled and finally the tanks will be disassembled.<\/p>\n

In a second phase, the new tanks will be installed. These should be adapted to the space available. Two vertical insulated carbon steel buffer tanks with legs, with a capacity of 10,000L, are installed. Subsequently, all disassembled equipment and elements must be assembled and those that could not be recovered must be replaced.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The construction project for the new Transformer Substation and the transfer of the existing one to the Paterna Science Park was drafted.<\/p>\n

The University of Valencia is in the construction phase of the new Technological Innovation Incubator and National Dosimetry Center buildings. In order to supply these buildings with electricity, a new Transformer Substation (CT) and a new 20 kV Medium Voltage Underground Medium Voltage Line (M.V.M.L.) are required to feed this CT.<\/p>\n

The existing CT of the greenhouse will be disassembled and the transformer will be recovered. A new CT is placed to feed the new buildings and the greenhouse. This CT consists of two transformers, a new one and the recuperator of the existing CT. Both transformers will be fed by the same L.S.M.V.<\/p>\n

From the new TC, three new Low Voltage Underground Lines (L.S.B.T.) are planned, one for the Greenhouse, another for the Incubator and the third for the National Dosimetry Center.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The construction project for the air conditioning reform of the Joan Pla\u00e7a room and the Herbarium in the research building of the Botanical Garden of Valencia was drafted.<\/p>\n

The project includes the replacement of the existing roof-top roofs on the roof of the building with new ones in compliance with the Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings. The special needs of temperature and humidity required inside the herbarium for the conservation of the plants must be taken into account. The new equipment is integrated into the building control system.<\/p>\n

The entire duct network is replaced, suitable for the air flow rates of the new equipment, as well as the replacement of the diffusion and return elements. The new equipment is located where the existing equipment is located, and is supported on the roof by a metal substructure, without the need to drill holes in the roof.<\/p>\n

In addition, action is taken on the electrical installation. It is proposed to install a new secondary air conditioning panel on the roof, from which the new equipment will be supplied. The switchboard is designed with enough space foreseen to be able to supply all the existing equipment on the roof in the future that is not the object of the project.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
