\n CPS,<\/a>\n<\/strong> in joint venture, within the framework agreement with the Complutense University of Madrid,<\/strong> carries out the integral reform of the Aulario building and the Pensamiento building of the Faculty of Statistics<\/strong>, designed by the architect Miguel Fisac Serna<\/strong> in 1952.<\/p>\n\n

The main objective of the rehabilitation <\/strong>is to adapt the Faculty of Statistics, distributed in a main building with several pavilions, to its teaching activity with a view to the future.<\/p>\n\n

The project consists of restoring the Aulario building from its previous use as a nursery to its original use, with the particularity that the two large fan-shaped spaces that will be generated, one will be a Lecture Hall and the other a Graduation Hall. Finally, the adjoining “Pensamiento” building, with a rectangular floor plan, will be used for offices as defined by the faculty during the design phase.<\/p>\n\n

It should be noted that the building is listed as Protection Level “1”, Grade “Integral” <\/strong>. On the other hand, all the works will be carried out using the Building Information Modeling (BIM)<\/strong> methodology.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
