Last October, CPS Peru<\/a><\/strong> received the “Safe Company, Free of Violence and Discrimination against Women”<\/strong> Certification Mark, a recognition granted by the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations<\/strong> (MIMP).<\/p>\n\n

This recognition, presented by Minister \u00c1ngela Teresa Hern\u00e1ndez Cajo,<\/strong> highlights our commitment to gender equality and the recognition of the need for safe and discrimination-free workplaces.<\/p>\n\n

The certification reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to promote women’s economic and labor rights, ensure work-life balance, and prevent gender-based violence.<\/p>\n\n

This certification is in addition to our Equality Plan, <\/strong>established in CPS Spain<\/a><\/strong> since 2022<\/strong>, with which we reinforce our mission to contribute to a culture of respect, inclusion and equity. This achievement reaffirms our values and our commitment to a fairer and more equitable society for all. <\/p>\n\n
