What does it mean to you to exercise leadership within the company?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

For me, leadership is team building, it is accompanying people in the construction of a common project, giving direction and meaning to collective efforts. It involves making decisions with a strategic vision, but also listening, motivating and generating trust. <\/p>\n\n

I believe that progress is achieved when all people grow in parallel to the growth of the organization. Making the term leadership effective I believe involves the combination of direction and closeness, promoting autonomy and team development with empathy. <\/p>\n\n

How important is the visibility of women in management positions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I am aware that in the 21st century, in 2026, the role of women in management positions is still not a common picture, but I am of the opinion that this visibility is essential to normalize mixed structures and break historical inertias. I am firmly convinced that the presence of women in these roles implies a more equitable and sustainable business culture. <\/p>\n\n

What cultural changes are still needed within the corporate world to achieve true equality?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It is necessary to evolve towards more flexible leadership models, focused on talent and results, not on stereotypes or traditional hierarchies. Real equity requires that organizations recognize the diversity of trajectories and forms of leadership, eliminating biases in evaluation, promotion and conciliation. <\/p>\n\n

Transforming the culture implies educating in co-responsibility and creating environments where equal opportunity is a practice, not just a statement.<\/p>\n\n

What advice would you give to young professionals aspiring to managerial positions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I would advise them to believe in their ability, to prepare themselves, to dare to take on challenges and to learn from each experience. Professional growth is not always direct, but perseverance and clarity of purpose pave the way. <\/p>\n\n

Leading means maintaining integrity in every decision and acting with meaning. May they find in their own motivation the drive to create their destiny, moving forward with conviction and trying to leave their own mark with every step they take. <\/p>\n\n
