Juan Pastor Ruiz<\/a><\/strong> has joined CPS<\/strong> as Director of Business Development<\/strong> with the goal of strengthening the company\u2019s business strategy in Spain and Latin America.<\/p>\n\n

In his new role, he will lead efforts to identify business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships, as well as strengthen client relationships in the markets where CPS operates. Juan has a track record in the construction<\/strong> and infrastructure <\/strong>sector in <\/strong>Colombia and Spain. He has served as Business Development Manager at Conconcreto in Bogot\u00e1 and as Branch Manager at Torrescamara Colombia. <\/p>\n\n

His experience combines comprehensive operations management with a results-oriented strategic vision<\/strong>. His career has been marked by a management style based on autonomous and accountable teams, the building of long-term relationships of trust, and the ability to facilitate complex negotiations\u2014an approach that will contribute to CPS\u2019s consolidation and business expansion in the coming months. <\/p>\n\n
