{"id":8512,"date":"2022-09-17T10:21:21","date_gmt":"2022-09-17T10:21:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cps.es\/construction-of-new-ceip-les-foies-is-completed\/"},"modified":"2023-03-06T16:31:55","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T16:31:55","slug":"construction-of-new-ceip-les-foies-is-completed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cps.es\/en\/construction-of-new-ceip-les-foies-is-completed\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction of new CEIP Les Foies is completed"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ayrtong1.sg-host.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Finaliza-construccio&#x301;n-de-nuevo-ceip-les-foies-.webp\" alt=\"Construction of the new ceip les foies is completed\" class=\"wp-image-1189\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last Thursday, September 8th, the <strong>act of occupation<\/strong> of the new <strong>CEIP Les Foies<\/strong> in the Grau de Gand\u00eda was signed, giving the <strong>end of the integral construction works<\/strong> that were projected and directed by <strong>CPS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visit of the new facilities was attended by Jos\u00e9 Manuel Prieto, Mayor of Gand\u00eda, together with the General Director of Educational Infrastructures of the Regional Ministry of Education, V\u00edctor Garcia; the Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Urban Planning, Josep Alandete, and the Councilor for Educational Policies, Carmen Fuster.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new Les Foies school has a total built area of <strong>2,896.81<sup>m2<\/sup><\/strong> while the outdoor areas occupy <strong>4,793<sup>m2<\/sup><\/strong>. The building is equipped with <strong>energy efficiency level A<\/strong> and has been equipped with efficient air conditioning.
