CPS <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des services de planification, d’analyse et de suivi de la mobilit\u00e9<\/strong> pour le r\u00e9seau routier du Conseil provincial de Valence.<\/span><\/span><\/span>. L’objectif strat\u00e9gique du projet \u00e9tait d’obtenir un trafic journalier moyen (TJM) pr\u00e9cis et l’analyse des variables de trafic qui permettent de fonder les d\u00e9cisions de planification, de conservation et d’exploitation de l’infrastructure provinciale sur des crit\u00e8res objectifs de la demande r\u00e9elle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le service g\u00e8re un r\u00e9seau routier discret de <\/span>358 trafic<\/span><\/b> de trafic, fonctionnant sur une infrastructure technique qui comprend <\/span>37 stations fixes<\/span><\/b> \u00e9quip\u00e9es de boucles \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, ainsi que des stations portables utilisant la technologie pneumatique.<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

Le travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 structur\u00e9 en quatre cat\u00e9gories de stations (permanentes, primaires, secondaires et de couverture) dont la programmation exhaustive permet d’appliquer des coefficients saisonniers et de vacances pour caract\u00e9riser les cycles de mobilit\u00e9 dans toute la province.<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les actions allaient de l’analyse critique des donn\u00e9es et de la maintenance de l’application DIVAL 2.0 d’Aforos \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d’\u00e9tudes de microsimulation. <\/span>\u00e9tudes de microsimulation<\/span><\/b> pour \u00e9valuer les alternatives aux carrefours critiques et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re pour les usagers vuln\u00e9rables.<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>
