Toutes les informations disponibles seront demand\u00e9es au Conseil municipal, en plus de celles obtenues par le travail sur le terrain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>PHASE II :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Analyse de la situation actuelle. L&#8217;offre et la demande. Une analyse de la situation actuelle de la municipalit\u00e9 sera effectu\u00e9e du point de vue de l&#8217;offre et de la demande dans chaque municipalit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>PHASE III :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Diagnostic. Ce document r\u00e9pertorie les points forts qui serviront de base au d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de mobilit\u00e9 ad\u00e9quat, ainsi que les points qui peuvent nuire au bon fonctionnement de la mobilit\u00e9 urbaine. Les probl\u00e8mes, les faiblesses et les forces de la commune \u00e9tudi\u00e9e seront clairement d\u00e9finis.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>PHASE IV :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Consultation et participation. Une liste des acteurs impliqu\u00e9s ou d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat municipal sera g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e afin d&#8217;encourager la participation des citoyens et ainsi compl\u00e9ter les informations techniques obtenues \u00e0 partir du travail de terrain et celles fournies par les administrations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>PHASE V :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Lignes d&#8217;action propos\u00e9es.
