La structuration du Plan national de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2030 du Paraguay a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e \u00e0 travers un processus qui a commenc\u00e9 par l’examen du document du Plan national de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2013-2018, afin de conna\u00eetre le contexte de la situation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re du pays, les actions propos\u00e9es dans le plan, son \u00e9volution, les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 ce jour, la participation des diff\u00e9rents organismes publics et priv\u00e9s \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration des strat\u00e9gies et de d\u00e9terminer les aspects \u00e0 prioriser.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le Plan national de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2030 int\u00e8gre les lignes directrices de la Vision z\u00e9ro comme une approche pertinente pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re au Paraguay, consid\u00e9rant qu’elle repose sur un principe de responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e entre ceux qui composent le syst\u00e8me de transport et ceux qui l’utilisent : coresponsabilit\u00e9 entre le gouvernement et les citoyens, sensibilisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et participation du secteur priv\u00e9 dans un effort commun pour \u00e9viter les comportements \u00e0 risque au volant et contribuer \u00e0 l’am\u00e9lioration de la coexistence dans les rues. Les efforts doivent \u00eatre coordonn\u00e9s entre les institutions dont la mission est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et int\u00e9grer les secteurs public, priv\u00e9 et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, sous la direction de l’Agence nationale de la circulation et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, en veillant \u00e9galement \u00e0 optimiser les ressources humaines techniques et financi\u00e8res pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des actions aux niveaux national, r\u00e9gional et local.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
