CPS P\u00e9rou a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la consultance pour analyser les r\u00e9glementations existantes en mati\u00e8re de transport par c\u00e2ble dans diff\u00e9rents environnements afin d’identifier les recommandations \u00e0 reproduire dans le cas de l’environnement urbain de Lima. \u00c0 cette fin, le cadre r\u00e9glementaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rents pays europ\u00e9ens (Royaume-Uni et Suisse), une r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 l’exp\u00e9rience des syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 c\u00e2bles est consid\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L’objectif du projet est de fournir les lignes directrices \u00e0 prendre en compte et le contenu \u00e0 inclure dans le plan d’urgence d’une infrastructure de t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n

Ce plan sera l’un des instruments fondamentaux pour guider la gestion des risques de catastrophes d’un projet de t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique, et avec une attention particuli\u00e8re au projet San Juan de Lurigancho – Independencia, o\u00f9 de la pr\u00e9paration de ce document et l’application des processus de connaissance, de r\u00e9duction et de gestion des catastrophes et conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de la loi 29664 qui cr\u00e9e le syst\u00e8me national de gestion des risques de catastrophes (SINAGERD) et la politique nationale sur la gestion des risques de catastrophes, approuv\u00e9 comme une politique obligatoire pour les entit\u00e9s gouvernementales p\u00e9ruviennes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

En outre, le projet identifie, hi\u00e9rarchise et formule des actions visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les conditions de risque actuelles et futures du projet, ainsi que celles d\u00e9coulant de l’activit\u00e9 ou de l’exploitation du syst\u00e8me lui-m\u00eame qui peuvent causer des dommages et des pertes \u00e0 l’environnement, et en outre pour r\u00e9pondre aux catastrophes qui peuvent se produire en coordonnant avec les institutions de gestion des risques de catastrophes des municipalit\u00e9s locales (San Juan de Lurigancho et Independencia).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
