CPS \u00e9labore les projets d’installation pour la construction d’un complexe r\u00e9sidentiel de 101 logements, locaux et parking. Le lotissement comporte trois tours ind\u00e9pendantes reli\u00e9es par le sous-sol, qui correspond au parking.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La tour A est compos\u00e9e de 33 logements et les tours B et C de 34 logements. Les blocs d’habitation disposent des \u00e9quipements suivants :<\/p>\n

  • R\u00e9seau d’assainissement s\u00e9paratif : s\u00e9parateur d’hydrocarbures et pompes de drainage dans le parking, drainage \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur de l’am\u00e9nagement et bassin d’orage.<\/li>\n
  • Alimentation en eau : alimentation en eau, compteurs d’eau, syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tartrage et groupe de pression ind\u00e9pendant par bloc.<\/li>\n
  • Production d’eau chaude sanitaire au moyen d’une pompe \u00e0 chaleur a\u00e9rothermique compacte par logement.<\/li>\n
  • Syst\u00e8me de ventilation \u00e0 double flux, avec une unit\u00e9 par logement.<\/li>\n
  • Syst\u00e8me de climatisation par conduits VRV. L’installation de chaque logement est ind\u00e9pendante et chacun d’entre eux dispose d’une unit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure situ\u00e9e dans les toilettes. L’alimentation en air de chaque espace de vie est r\u00e9gul\u00e9e par un syst\u00e8me de type Airzone.<\/li>\n
  • L’\u00e9clairage int\u00e9rieur des logements, des parties communes et l’\u00e9clairage ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n
  • Installation basse tension : logements avec un haut degr\u00e9 d’\u00e9lectrification.
