Il est envisag\u00e9 que certains des b\u00e2timents puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme bureaux apr\u00e8s r\u00e9novation, tandis que les b\u00e2timents situ\u00e9s \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la promenade pourraient \u00eatre convertis pour un usage public et \u00eatre ouverts \u00e0 l&#8217;acc\u00e8s du public comme espaces r\u00e9cr\u00e9atifs\/culturels.
