The purpose of the action is to carry out a Road Safety Inspection of the Cusco – Puno Highway with code PE 3S, Section: Urcos – Juliaca (km. 1014+000 to km.1310+000), understood as a formal and independent review of road safety performance on the road infrastructure of the mentioned section, with the purpose of identifying risk areas and TCAs, in order to propose risk reduction measures on the road, whose purpose is to reduce accidents, deaths and injuries due to traffic accidents on the road under study.
