Contact /
Talent interview
The contact is a first call to get to know the candidate, his or her experience and motivations. In some cases, this phase continues with a talent interview, where the cultural fit, transversal competencies and adaptation to the company's environment are examined in depth.
Interview
technical
The technical interview focuses on the CV, projects completed and the ability to solve problems and explain technical decisions. In some cases, it includes a technical test to directly validate skills.
Communication
of the selection
This is the last step of the process: our selection team will contact you to communicate the final decision. If you are selected, you will receive the details of the incorporation and you will start the onboarding process.
