Integral Rehabilitation of the Zapadores de Valencia Police Complex

CPS will carry out theTechnical Assistance to the Works Management of the Integral Rehabilitation of the Zapadores de Valencia Police Complex. The work will include the management of the execution of the work, installations, quality control and health and safety coordination, as well as the review of the project prior to the start of the work, the correction of errors in the existing documentation and the preparation, if necessary, of reformed projects, settlement and final documentation of the work, among others.

The Zapadores complex has buildings dating from 1921-1924, with environmental and landscape values and typological characteristics typical of the period. In addition, it has a total surface area of 34,847 m² and consists of eight buildings. The total built-up area of the complex is 18,853 m².
