On-Shore Power Supply (OPS) Systems at the Port of Castellón

The Port Authority of Castellón has awarded CPS technical assistance for the drafting of the technical-economic study and the basic construction project for the construction of a substation and the implementation of “on-shore power supply” systems (OPS) for the supply of electricity to ships docking at the Port of Castellón with the objective of contributing to the decarbonization of the enclosure.

Initially the project is focused on implementing the OPS systems in the Centenary dock, the development of this project will contemplate, through a technical economic study, the possibility of installing these systems throughout the port of Castellón.
