New Residence for the Elderly Dependents of Cullera

After completing the drafting of the construction project for the new Residence for the Elderly Dependents of Cullera, CPS has started the management of works in an urban plot located less than 200 meters from the beach, which is why an excavation has been carried out below the water table, with the use of a system “Well-Point” and driven sheet piles, for the preparation of the ground and the base for the placement of the waterproofing of the foundation slab.

The newly constructed building is planned for a maximum of 120 beds, equipped with: kitchen, laundry, dining rooms and common areas per floor, medical and nursing services and physiotherapy rooms, among others.

The total built area is 5,997.40 m² distributed over 4 floors, plus 1 parking floor, on a plot of 1,706 m². The building is designed with sustainable environmental criteria, which will be certified with BREEAM “Very Good” level.
