CPS Peru receives the Certification Mark “Safe Company, Free of Violence and Discrimination against Women”.

Last October, CPS Peru received the “Safe Company, Free of Violence and Discrimination against Women” Certification Mark, a recognition granted by the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP).
This recognition, presented by Minister Ángela Teresa Hernández Cajo, highlights our commitment to gender equality and the recognition of the need for safe and discrimination-free workplaces.
The certification reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to promote women’s economic and labor rights, ensure work-life balance, and prevent gender-based violence.
This certification is in addition to our Equality Plan, established in CPS Spain since 2022, with which we reinforce our mission to contribute to a culture of respect, inclusion and equity. This achievement reaffirms our values and our commitment to a fairer and more equitable society for all.
