CPS Peru, recognized for promoting equal opportunities and the wellbeing of individuals

We are proud to share that CPS Peru has been recognized in the Good Labor Practices Contest, an initiative of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) that highlights organizations that implement actions that go beyond what is required by law, promoting an excellent working environment and a better quality of life for their teams.

In this edition, our headquarters obtained:

– First place in the category Strengthening Human Capital, for its Technical Training and Continuous Education initiative, focused on developing talent through continuous and dual training.
– Second place in the Promotion of Work-Family Balance category, thanks to its strong flexibility and work-life balance practices.

This recognition reaffirms our commitment to the well-being, professional growth and integral development of those who are part of CPS. We thank our entire team for their dedication and effort, fundamental to make this achievement possible.
