Juan Pastor Ruiz, CPS’s New Director of Business Development

Juan Pastor Ruiz has joined CPS as Director of Business Development with the goal of strengthening the company’s business strategy in Spain and Latin America.

In his new role, he will lead efforts to identify business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships, as well as strengthen client relationships in the markets where CPS operates. Juan has a track record in the construction and infrastructure sector in Colombia and Spain. He has served as Business Development Manager at Conconcreto in Bogotá and as Branch Manager at Torrescamara Colombia.

His experience combines comprehensive operations management with a results-oriented strategic vision. His career has been marked by a management style based on autonomous and accountable teams, the building of long-term relationships of trust, and the ability to facilitate complex negotiations—an approach that will contribute to CPS’s consolidation and business expansion in the coming months.
