We continue working on the auditing of the demarcation and signaling process of the roads under the responsibility of the Department of Cundinamarca.

The actions are structured in 22 areas or sections with a total length of 315 kilometers. These are improvements in the signaling of secondary roads that communicate localities and population centers of the department and in the surroundings of school areas.

Since September 2019, when the Secretary of Transportation and Mobility of Cundinamarca awarded the contract of Integral Interventory to the Demarcation and Signaling of the roads in charge of the Department of Cundinamarca to CONSORCIO ECOMARCA, in which CPS INGENIEROS FILIAL COLOMBIA SAS participates, has been working on Phase 1: Review and Approval of Demarcation and Signaling Designs. Subsequently, the execution of the works will be monitored.

The contract has an award budget of 703.5 million Colombian Pesos and a duration of 5 months.

In addition to the design review and construction control aspects, the audit also covers the legal, administrative, financial, environmental and occupational safety aspects of the construction contract. With this award, CPS Ingenieros Filial Colombia expands the experience already gained in signaling in Colombia in several contracts for the Secretaría Distrital de Movilidad de la Alcaldía de Bogotá.
