Implementation of ERP and adaptation to BIM methodology.

After successfully achieving internationalization and opening offices in several countries, as well as successfully expanding into other fields such as building, CPS Infraestructura Movilidad y Medio Ambiente S.L. in recent years has become one of the largest companies in the engineering consultancy sector in the Valencian Community. This makes management increasingly complex, including contract and resource tracking, making it necessary to implement specific tools.

That is why thanks to the program “PROYECTOS DE DIGITALIZACIÓN DE PYME (DIGITALIZACIÓN-CV) 2020” subsidized by the Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial (IVACE), CPS is carrying out the implementation of an ERP and adaptation to the BIM methodology. The objective of the project is to ensure single data management so that the company’s growth is carried out in a controlled manner. Adaptation to the BIM methodology is based on working with virtual models or mock-ups that are fed with a large amount of information, which allows a significant optimization of resources throughout the process.
