Architectural team visits the construction site of the Zapadores de Valencia Police Complex

CPS continues to provide technical assistance to the construction management of the Zapadores Police Complex in Valencia, also providing construction management and health and safety coordination for the comprehensive renovation of the complex .

In this context, our architectural team made a visit to the construction site to see the status of the work in progress, since two of the buildings are practically finished in this first phase of the execution of the project, as well as the subway parking lot, while progress is being made in the interior urbanization of the complex and the rest of the buildings that are part of the second phase of the execution of the project are starting to be built.

The Zapadores Complex has buildings dating from 1921-1924, with environmental and landscape values and typological characteristics typical of the period. It has a total area of 34,847 m² and consists of eight buildings. The total built-up area of the complex is 18,853 m².

Upon completion, it will be awarded the VERDE sustainability certificate issued by the Green Building Council España.
