Awarding of the facilities assessment report for the refurbishment of La Sènia Secondary School.

Last February, CPS INFRAESTRUCTURAS was awarded the contract to carry out the report “Memoria Valorada de Instalaciones para el Instituto IES La Sènia” for the City Council of Paiporta.

The purpose is to draw up a report evaluating the renovation of all existing installations. These are mainly: electricity (transformer station, electrical panels, interior and exterior lighting, emergencies, UPS, capacitor banks, etc.), plumbing, hot water, sanitation, gas, air conditioning, ventilation, telecommunications (voice, data and audiovisual) and fire protection.

Also to be included in this report are the new facilities resulting from the application of current regulations and the integration of existing facilities with those planned for the new classroom, if necessary.
