Completion of the management and supervision of the works at the new CEE Alberto Tortajada
CPS en UTE has completed the works management and supervision of the new Special Education School (CEE) Alberto Tortajada located in Algemesí, Valencia.
The building was designed and executed in accordance with the Passivhaus standard, which guarantees a completely airtight envelope and continuous insulation around the entire perimeter, including under the foundation slab.
Thanks to this, CEE Alberto Tortajada becomes the first Special Education School in Spain to achieve this certification, standing out for its high energy efficiency and interior comfort.
With a floor area of 3,031.26m2, the center is developed on a single floor of cloister type, optimizing the functionality of the whole and facilitating clear and efficient circulations. This architectural approach helps to improve student orientation and visual control by the teaching staff, guaranteeing a safe and accessible educational environment.
