CPS attends the presentation of Open House Valencia 2025

Last Friday, October 3, part of our architecture team attended the presentation of Open House Valencia (OHV) 2025, an event of which we are sponsors this year and which we are proud to support.
Open House Valencia is part of an international festival held in more than 50 cities around the world. For a weekend, iconic buildings – and also lesser-known corners of the city – open their doors to the public. It is a different and close way to discover the architecture, history and life of Valencia.
From our team we believe in the importance of sharing, inspiring and generating conversation about the spaces we inhabit. Being sponsors of this edition is for us a way to support and value the architectural richness of our city.
In addition, this year, CPS opens the doors of the Zapadores de Valencia Police Complex, where we are providing technical assistance to the management of the rehabilitation works of Building 1 for the SIEPSE.
This building is listed as an Asset of Local Relevance in the Catalogue of Protected Assets and Spaces of the General Plan of Valencia of the former Zapadores Barracks, built between 1921 and 1924, and stands out for the use of an interior structure of reinforced concrete made with the Hennebique patent.
We are convinced that this edition will be very special and we look forward to seeing you on October 24, 25 and 26 at Open House Valencia 2025!
