CPS boosts their internationalization with the program to support the international strategy and action of SMEs in the Valencian Community 2024.

After consolidating its presence in Latin America over the last decade, CPS is currently in the process of expanding into new European markets. Given the complex environment in which it operates – characterized by contracts with public entities, specific regulation and taxation, and the need to establish strategic alliances – the organization has identified the need for a solid strategic plan that will enable it to approach this new stage with guarantees.

Within this framework, CPS has developed the “Strategic Plan for International Growth”, a project focused on improving the management of its internationalization process through specialized consultancy in the different phases of the process. This project is part of the program “Grants to support the international strategy and action of SMEs in the Valencian Community 2024”, funded by the Generalitat Valenciana through the Instituto Valenciano de la Competitividad Empresarial (IVACE) and co-financed by the European Union.

Thanks to this assistance, CPS is supported by experts in internationalization that allow it to carry out a precise diagnosis, define strategic priorities, analyze the competitiveness of target markets, evaluate sectoral trends and design a roadmap adapted to its capabilities and sustainable growth objectives.

This initiative represents a decisive step towards reinforcing its international presence, optimizing strategic decision-making and strengthening its global positioning, in line with the principles of innovation, collaboration and sustainability that characterize the company.
