CPS has finalized the Granada Metropolitan Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (PMUS), which will benefit more than 500,000 inhabitants of the metropolitan area of Granada. The SUMP seeks to promote non-motorized means of transportation and the use of public transportation, reducing the use of private vehicles. It also seeks economic growth, social cohesion, road safety and environmental protection. The measures are expected to be implemented in the short, medium and long term.
The plan covers the 18 municipalities of the metropolitan area of Granada, highlighting the capital as the main focus of travel attraction. With this plan, CPS reaffirms its commitment to sustainability, innovation and the well-being of the population.
