CPS participates in the XVI ITS European Congress

At CPS we remain firmly committed to innovation in intelligent transportation systems (ITS), smart city, smart mobility… and proof of this has been our participation in the XVI ITS European Congress, recently held in the city of Seville.

The event hosted more than 140 exhibitors and brought together more than 3,000 experts in ITS, technology, mobility and public policy. All of them shared ideas, experiences and projects with a clear objective: to advance European initiatives that are leading the way to a more connected and sustainable future.

CPS was not only present with a stand where we could share our most important solutions and projects, but we also had the honor of having the participation of two of our colleagues as speakers in one of the most important sessions of the event, entitled “Getting value from mobility data”, where Javier Tarriñowhere Javier Tarriño presented his paper “Prediction Model for Additional Lanes in Opposite Direction Management”, while Eduardo Sánchez shared his work “Methodology for Calculating Long-Distance Trips (LDT)”.

Among the most important conclusions of the congress, we highlight that the presentations offered enriching points of view and experiences that inspire further innovation. In addition, it was clear that Europe is consolidating its global leadership in this field, and that collaboration between public and private entities will be key to turning ideas into real solutions that improve people’s lives. We also discovered new innovative products and technologies that could become part of our portfolio of solutions to continue offering the best to our customers.

Participating in this congress reaffirms our commitment to the development of sustainable technologies and the promotion of knowledge that transforms mobility for the benefit of people and our cities.
