CPS Peru holds Chocolatada in Chaupimarca (Cerro de Pasco)


As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, members of the team from CPS Surcursal Peruin collaboration with the company that integrates the Cerro de Pasco Consortium, organized a Christmas sharing at the Educational Institution Champamarca N° 34037, located in the district of Chaupimarca. In this activity, about 70 children enjoyed a day full of joy with a children’s show, chocolate, face painting and the delivery of small gifts.

This event took place in the context of the supervision works that CPS Peru branch, in consortium, is carrying out in the Remediation of the Excélsior Desmontera in Cerro de Pasco, a project that will benefit more than 9,000 inhabitants of the communities of Champamarca and Quiulacocha. Considered the largest environmental remediation in Peru and one of the most important in Latin America, this project reflects our commitment to sustainable development and the well-being of the communities.
