CPS receives the Training and Employment Award in the ninth edition of the SME of the Year Award

We are happy to share that CPS has been recognized with the Training and Employment Award in the ninth edition of the SME of the Year Award, organized by Banco Santander and the Chamber of Commerce of Valencia, together with the Chamber of Spain and the newspaper Levante EMV. This award highlights the work of SMEs in the creation of quality employment and the development of their teams.

The award was received by Juan Manuel Tejeda, our Director of People and Culture, who highlighted the company’s commitment to creating quality employment, putting people at the center of all decisions, not only to offer an excellent service to our customers, but also to care for their experience at CPS and encourage their professional development.

Since 2024, we have increased our team by 40%, overcoming the challenge of incorporating talent and enhancing our culture in a fast-growing environment. In addition, we maintain strong partnerships with universities such as the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and the University of Seville (US), offering internship opportunities to new talent and encouraging the incorporation of diverse and innovative profiles to our team.
