New Centralized Traffic Control Center

CPS, in consortium, ends the Phase 1 of the preliminary design of the future building to be used as the new Centralized Traffic Control Center (CTC) from Railroads of the Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) at Valencia Sud. During this stage, several fundamental tasks have been carried out, such as the presentation to FGV, which includes building plans, elevations, sections and views, as well as different options for facades and distributions of the command post, and the urbanization.

In addition, as part of the process, an exhaustive comparative study of control centers both nationally and internationally has been carried out, using benchmarking techniques. On the other hand, a topographic survey of the plot where the new CTC will be built has been carried out. A geotechnical study has also been carried out and various alternatives have been evaluated in terms of building and command posts.
