Residential Complex Facilities
CPS is in charge of the drafting of the facilities projects for the construction of a residential complex of 101 dwellings, premises and parking lot. The housing development has three independent towers connected by the basement, corresponding to the parking lot.
Tower A consists of 33 dwellings and towers B and C consist of 34 dwellings. The housing blocks have the following facilities:
- Separate sewage system: hydrocarbon separator and drainage pumps in the parking lot, external drainage of the urbanization and storm tank.
- Water supply: connection, water meters, decalcification system and independent pressure group per block.
- Domestic hot water production by means of a compact aerothermal heat pump per dwelling.
- Double flow ventilation system, with one unit per dwelling.
- Ducted VRV air conditioning system. The installation of each dwelling is independent and each of them has an indoor unit located in the toilet. The air regulation to each living space is done by means of an Airzone type system.
- Interior lighting of dwellings, common areas and exterior lighting.
- Low voltage installation: homes with a high degree of electrification. General control and protection panel and 12 electrical circuits per dwelling.
