The new building for the Residence for Elderly Dependents in Cullera, is located on an urban plot located less than 200 meters from the beach. It is a new building designed for a maximum of 120 beds, equipped with: kitchen, laundry, dining rooms and common areas per floor, medical and nursing services and physiotherapy rooms, among others. The total built area is 5,997.40 m² distributed over 4 floors, plus 1 parking floor, on a plot of 1,706 m².

The building is designed with sustainable environmental criteria, which will be certified with BREEAM “Very Good” level.
