New Building of the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration - SUNAT

CPS Peru will supervise the construction of the new SUNAT building, with the purpose of improving the services of the Intendencia Nacional de Sistema de Información (INSI) in Lima, Peru.

The building will consist of two towers. The first tower will have 8 levels and the second tower will have 6 levels. In addition, the inclusion of 4 basements shared by both towers is considered. The land area for this project covers 4,549.85 m2, while the total construction area is estimated at 32,139.15 m2. Overall, the building encompasses various aspects, including architecture, structures, sanitary Installations, electrical Installations, mechanical Installations and communication systems.

The improvement of technology services for SUNAT is governed by the BIM methodology and has a multidisciplinary team of supervisors, including architects, engineers of various specialties. During the execution phase of the work, detailed information building models (BIM) will be actively employed in order to identify and effectively address any type of interference that may arise. These BIM models will allow early detection of potential conflicts between different components, which in turn will enable their resolution in a proactive and accurate manner.

Project supervision focuses on constant monitoring during implementation. This entails tasks such as signing the land handover minutes, approving schedules, verifying designs and construction methods, performing topographic control, scheduling meetings, valuing works on a monthly basis and generating special reports for the entity. It also handles disputes with the contractor, manages subcontractors, handles claims, and notifies delays. Ensures safety through detailed standards and records, supervises implements, signage and communication. Controls risks, damages, environmental aspects and shares responsibility for safety with the contractor, reporting non-compliance to the entity.
