Rehabilitation of the Valencia Sud railroad complex track beach

Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana has trusted in CPS to carry out the works of technical management of the rehabilitation of the track beach in the railway complex of Valencia Sud, seriously affected by the floods of last October 29th.

Among the supervised interventions is the habilitation of 11 detours and the renovation of tracks 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 of Valencia Sud. This rehabilitation has been essential for users, since, although lines 1, 2 and 7 (the most affected by the floods) are still in the process of being reconditioned, the connection through the interchange has been reestablished. To date, approximately 10,000 meters of track and its corresponding facilities have been renewed.

Thanks to the efforts of all the companies and organizations involved, last Tuesday, February 18, Metrovalencia recovered its usual frequencies and reopened the Valencia Sud interchange, after having operated with reduced schedules since its partial reopening in December.

From CPS we appreciate the trust placed by FGV in our company.
