Technical support for the integral management of road safety on the roads of the Provincial Council of Valencia

CPS will carry out Lot 1 of the contract “Technical support to the Road Safety and Supervision Service of the Roads Area for the integral management of road safety on the roads of the Provincial Council of Valencia”, a project that will be developed over the next two years and that will strengthen safety on the provincial road network.

Our work will focus on the development of Annual Road Safety Programs, following the guidelines of the Road Safety Strategy 2030. This includes the analysis of the accident rate of the road network, the identification of the sections with the highest concentration of accidents and the preparation of reports and proposals to improve safety at critical points. We will also monitor the actions planned by the Provincial Council and participate in the preparation of the annual reports presented to the Traffic and Road Traffic Safety Commission of the Valencian Community.

In addition, we will provide support in the drafting of Road Safety Studies, inspections of fatal or very serious accidents -with immediate displacements when necessary- and audits in project and commissioning phases. Our team will also collaborate in the updating of databases, the generation of technical documentation and the preparation of material for conferences and working groups.
