CPS Peru participates in the Pacific Alliance Regional Discussion Forum

CPS Peru was invited by the Peruvian Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP) to participate as a speaker representing the private sector in the virtual regional seminar “Care that sustains economies: From invisible work to co-responsibility for women’s economic autonomy in the Pacific Alliance”, organized by the Pacific Alliance Gender Technical Group on March 12.

Our Equity and Inclusion Delegate, Michela Caterina Ayasta, presented the “Shared Commitment” initiative, which articulates labor flexibility policies, family benefits accessible to all staff, and awareness programs on equality and co-responsibility, with the aim of fostering a culture where men and women share care tasks on equal terms.

The meeting brought together representatives from the public and business sectors of Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. Our participation in this regional forum is an external recognition of the company’s commitment to building more inclusive and equitable work environments.
