CPS Joins IVEFA

At CPS, we have joined IVEFA, the Valencian Institute for the Study of Family Businesses. In doing so, we are taking another step toward highlighting something that is part of our identity: being a family business.

Our story began in 1988, led by José Manuel López Lita, with the participation of the Etra Civil Engineering Consulting Group.

During his nearly 30 years at the helm of the company, he expanded its international presence, diversified its services, and grew its workforce. He also served as president of AVINCO from 2005 to 2012 and was active in the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, in FEVEC, and in the Association of Civil Engineers of the Valencian Community.

In 2017, we underwent a generational transition. Gonzalo López Beltrán took over as CEO, alongside Sarah Whyte, Chair of the Board of Directors, and Borja López Beltrán, a member of the Board of Directors. Under their leadership, we have built a strong, international business group by integrating new companies and investing in talent as the engine of growth.

Being part of IVEFA is our way of continuing to uphold those founding values while moving forward with a long-term strategic vision.
