Technical Inspection of Buildings of the Alicante TRAM

CPS, in consortium, continues to develop for Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) the Technical Inspection of different buildings of the Alicante TRAM.

Within the study of 39 stations of the TRAM, it is worth mentioning the Drafting of the Construction Project for the Rehabilitation of the architectural complex of La Marina, which has a total built area of 4,568 m². It is envisaged that some of the buildings could be used as offices after their rehabilitation, while the buildings located next to the promenade become for public use and are open to public access as recreational/cultural spaces. The project is currently 40% complete and is scheduled for completion in May 2023.

It should be noted that for the development of the project, the technical team of the Architecture Department, led by Borja López Beltrán, uses the BIM methodology for better control of the project development process and its subsequent construction.
