Construction of new CEIP Les Foies is completed
Last Thursday, September 8th, the act of occupation of the new CEIP Les Foies in the Grau de Gandía was signed, giving the end of the integral construction works that were projected and directed by CPS.
The visit of the new facilities was attended by José Manuel Prieto, Mayor of Gandía, together with the General Director of Educational Infrastructures of the Regional Ministry of Education, Víctor Garcia; the Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Urban Planning, Josep Alandete, and the Councilor for Educational Policies, Carmen Fuster.
The new Les Foies school has a total built area of 2,896.81m2 while the outdoor areas occupy 4,793m2. The building is equipped with energy efficiency level A and has been equipped with efficient air conditioning. The project is one of the actions of the Edificant Plan, developed by the Generalitat Valenciana and executed by the City Council of Gandía.
