CPS reaches an agreement with PMUS&Civil for its acquisition.

CPS has reached an agreement in principle for the acquisition of PMUS&CIVIL, led by Jesús Alba. This process will combine the recognized technical solvency of CPS accumulated over the last 35 years in the fields of mobility, transport and traffic management with the proven experience of PMUS&CIVIL in the field of Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning and the definition of Low Emission Zones.

With the agreement reached, Jesús, a civil engineer with a master’s degree in architecture and sustainable urban planning from the University of Alicante, joins the company’s management team as National Director of Business Development and Head of the Madrid office of the group CPS.
