Diego Loboguerrero, New Manager of CPS Colombia

Last June, CPS Colombia took an important step toward strengthening its management team. Diego Loboguerrero Luna joined the company as the new branch manager.

Diego is a civil engineer and specialist in construction and infrastructure project management, with more than 19 years of experience in the technical, commercial, financial, and contractual management of large-scale projects. His career spans sectors as diverse as roads, railways, airports, industry, and the environment, and he brings a comprehensive view of the project life cycle, from conception through final delivery to the client.

His profile combines solid technical knowledge with skills in strategic leadership, contract negotiation, partnership development, and market expansion—capabilities that strengthen CPS Colombia’s position as it faces the challenges and opportunities presented by the market.

With this integration, CPS Colombia is reinforcing its commitment to growth in the region by combining experience with new leadership capabilities.
