Interurban Roads Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques (NEUROVIAS)
CPS continues to develop together with PAVASAL, SOLVER and the Polytechnic University of Valencia the NEUROVÍAS project, belonging to the call for strategic projects in cooperation 2021 of the Valencian Agency for Innovation (AVI), which aims to develop an innovative system for the efficient management of pavement maintenance of interurban roads.
Monitoring and management of predictive maintenance of interurban roads using artificial intelligence techniques (NEUROVIALS).
The project Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance Management of Interurban Roads Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques aims to develop and apply an innovative solution for the maintenance of interurban roads – conventional and multi-lane roads, highways and freeways.
On the one hand, it will carry out the monitoring and analysis of pavement condition with artificial intelligence techniques from images recorded with video cameras installed in a conventional vehicle, also using road auscultation parameters, and the evaluation and prediction of pavement condition. In addition, the optimization of the pavement maintenance management plan will be developed.
