New Provincial Police Station of the National Police in Cuenca
The Architecture Department of CPSin consortium, will carry out for the Sociedad de Infraestructuras y Equipamientos Penitenciarios y de Seguridad del Estado (SIEPSE), the “Technical assistance to the construction management of the new Provincial Police Station of the National Police in Cuenca”. The work will include, in addition to the control of the execution of the work itself, the review of the project prior to the start of the work and the correction of errors in the existing documentation.
The works for the new police station will be carried out on two plots of land totaling 6,630m2, while the total built area will be 6,470m2, divided into two buildings, with a basement, a first floor and two towers with four floors each. The building is intended to be a Nearly Zero Energy Consumption Building (NECB), meeting criteria such as environmental, social and economic sustainability; through natural lighting and the installation of LED lamps, as well as the use of renewable energy sources.
Throughout the project execution process, the CPS technical team will monitor the progressive progress of the BIM As-built model.
